(Furnished comes with, queen bed , mattress and box spring, mirror dresser, and night stand all in black. With lamp and decor.) This includes: electric, water , trash pick up, pest control, 24-7 maintenance, super fast ATT internet... insurance on everything as well. Netflix and Hulu, ( if having no cable is a deal breaker we can negotiate different plans from AT&T U-verse.) That is the only provider we have. The apartment Shared rooms are the kitchen, dining, and living rooms... ... We have a nice Samsung washer and dryer inside the unit. A fireplace and balcony. You get a shelve and a drawer in the fridge, and 1 or 2 shelves in the pantry, depending on your needs...we have a Ninga coffee pot and blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal, other household storage space is available too for small items... ... The complex has a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Plus other perks. This is a very safe, gated community and its video surveillanced at public areas... ... We have 2 dogs. Both rescues. And both under 35lbs. They do bark when you open the front door, Even to us when we enter. But once they get to know you they will want to play and cuddle... ...
