Hey everyone! My roommate Ana and I are looking for someone to move in June 30th/July 1st. We are looking to fill two bedrooms, currently 3 to choose from including one with a Private Bathroom. We need someone committed no later than June 5th. Our home is located close to the intersection of Nolensville Pk. and Edmondson Pk., and the room(s) are available for immediate viewing!! We are super close to Brentwood, and about 15 mins to Belmont and Lipscomb Universities. Lots of options here, For either choice of room, we are asking for $475/mo before utilities upstairs with a shared bathroom and $650/mo before utilities with a private bathroom downstairs, or $550 upstairs with a private bathroom. This is a year's term lease. Move-in costs are a security deposit of $500 and first month's rent. The current roommates are in the process of moving out, so the pictures with belongings and furniture in them don’t quite reflect it, but you'll have lots of options for space for storage, furniture, and belongings. You'll mostly be spending time with the females of the house since I have my own bathroom and kitchen downstairs. The biggest room is downstairs could be used as work space or studio or a super big room, it's the biggest room in the house!! :) Ideally, we're are flexible about dogs - (NO cats possible, due to allergies), nonsmokers, and absolutely no drugs.
